About The Role

As an Administrator, you will be providing an effective administrative service for the Fire Safety team.
We manage all aspects of fire safety within LiveWest, including Fire Risk Assessments, fire equipment servicing and provide advice and guidance for all areas of the organisation, to ensure that our customers and colleagues are kept safe within the buildings we own and manage. No two days are the same and, as an Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in this team.
You will have previous experience and an understanding of cyclical compliance works particularly in the fire safety sector and experience of working in affordable housing or a related field. You will have proficient working knowledge of IT software (MS Office Suite) and ability to understand bespoke systems.
This role is being offered on a full time, permanent basis and can be based in our Exeter, Tolvaddon or Weston-super-Mare office. A hybrid working style is an option.
About The Candidate
To be a successful Administrator you will have the skills, knowledge and experience required for a Level 1 - Team Member role, along with the below role specific requirements:-
- Experience and understanding of cyclical compliance works and the delivery to tenanted residential properties.
- Proficient working knowledge of IT software and ability to understand bespoke systems.
- Experience of working in affordable housing or a related field.
