Salary- Starting ASAP for a duration of 8 weeks – possible extension
- 35 hours per week
- £12.96 per hour
- Office based – FK9 area
- Basic Disclosure Scotland required
Main Duties:
- Data inputting, word processing, typing, filing, photocopying, scanning, and faxing
- Maintaining the Register, including issuing, returning, and updating registration documents
- Maintaining the Valuation Roll and Valuation List accurately and confidentially
- Providing dispatch and receipt services for mail and fax machines
- Scanning, opening, and internal delivery of mail
- Adhoc admin duties
Skills Required:
- IT literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
- Customer-focused with a friendly telephone manner
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in work produced
