Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in various office tasks and possess strong clerical skills.
Duties:
- Perform general clerical duties including answering the telephone arranging appointments,invoicing and general office duties
- Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system.
- Assist in resolving any administrative problems.
- Answer calls professionally and provide information as needed.
- Manage the office calendar and schedule appointments.
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.
- Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos, and emails.
Skills:
- Proficiency in Google Suite for document management and communication.
- Experience with xero for basic accounting tasks.
- Strong data entry skills to input and manage information accurately.
- Excellent typing speed to ensure efficiency in document preparation.
- Administrative skills to assist in daily office operations.
- Computer proficiency to navigate various software programs.
- Organizational abilities to maintain a structured work environment.
- Professional phone etiquette when interacting with clients and colleagues.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: From £11.44 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 16 per week
