Now part of the Jumbo Group and working with colleagues across Europe we are extending our reach in the Toy and Puzzle markets, an exciting transition and challenge for the UK team.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:
· Checking and handling import documentation and arrange payment with accounts for vendor invoices.
· Distribution and filing of Shipping Documentation to relevant departments and freight forwarders.
· Ensure all correct product, PO and vendor information is maintained on the computer system.
· Monitoring of container tracking system and requesting updates/amends where necessary.
· Communicating any delays or changes in deliveries with relevant departments.
· Maintain and update buying systems and methods as required.
· Updating spreadsheets and running reports.
· Assist with Packaging Waste Data collection and reporting.
· Handle sample requirements.
· Support the Supply Chain Planners on day-to-day responsibilities.
· To assist in the production of weekly and monthly reports.
· Communication with Far East suppliers.
· Compiling and checking inbound shipping schedules.
Experience:
- 3 years working in an Administration role
· Working with database systems
· Strong office and Excel skills required.
· Excellent communication skills.
· Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
