Administrator

Our client is currently looking for an administrator to join their team in Hayes.
Pay £12.50 per hour
Shift - Monday to Friday 9am to 5:30pm
What you will be doing:
- Answering phones and sending emails.
- Do regular stock takes
- Data entry.
- Organise deliveries.
- Prepare and distribute documents and reports.
Requirements:
- Some experience would be a bonus however is not essential.
- IT literate as you will be working with Excel and Word on a daily basis.
- Time managements
- Strong attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Happy to work alone or as part of a team.
- Reliable and punctual.
