WSR are recruiting for an Administrator for our esteemed client based in Warrington, Cheshire.

Salary: Up to £26k
Location: Warrington, Cheshire - Office based
Responsible to: Regional Manager

Administrator Role Overview:
As the Regional Administrator, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, visitors, and staff. Your role is vital in providing comprehensive administrative support to the regional operations and sales teams.

Administrator Key Tasks:

• Handling day-to-day administrative duties
• Generating orders and quotes
• Conducting credit checks
• Managing preventative maintenance contracts
• Conducting customer satisfaction surveys
• Handling incoming calls
• Managing regional emails
• Adhering to Quality Management Systems (QMS)
• Setting up new accounts
• Sending invoices via email and loading them on customer portals
• Liaising with customers regarding purchase orders
• Handling inquiries from customers
