We are working in partnership with a market-leading supplier of building maintenance products who are looking for an Administrator to cover a very varied, fast-paced and reactive administration role to support the business and financial operations of the company. This role is heavily involved with their head office, assisting with queries using reports, analysis, investigating projects and discrepancies.
The key duties for this Administrator are:
- Creating invoices for sales daily and emailing across to customers
- Assisting with credit control
- Investigating queries for customers orders and liaising with relevant departments for updates
- Producing various reports for managers, including margin reports
- Creating and sending reports to customers
- Dealing with returns of any incorrect or damaged items
The key skills / experience required for this are:
- Previous administration experience within a fast-paced, office environment
- An inquisitive, problem-solving approach to issues and discrepancies
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients as well as colleagues from different departments and offices
