Administrator - Permanent Role
Salary - £24-26,000 DOE
Location - Marlow
Fully office based
Free Parking
Hours - Monday - Friday 9am - 5.30pm
Start date - ASAP
My client, based in Marlow, are looking for an Administrator to join their friendly small team, working alongside the director and team secretaries, you will be providing administrative support.
Duties will include:
- Meeting and greeting clients
- Sending out letters, contract and welcome packs to clients
- Scanning, filing and archiving
- Answering queries via phone and email
- Updating case management system
- Sorting and sending post
- Other ad hoc duties when required
Essential criteria:
- Administration experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Efficient in note taking
- Good IT skills
- Warm and friendly manner
- Flexibility (this is a small business and therefore there will be some small jobs outside the job description, everyone chips in!)
