Job Title: Sales Administrator – Power Solutions

Salary: From £25,000 plus excellent benefits package

Scania have a fantastic opportunity for an organised administrator with excellent attention to detail, to join our growing sales department, based at our Head Office in Milton Keynes.  
Reporting to the Business Controller, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of the department’s day to day activities. Your responsibilities will include invoicing, liaising with customers and ensuring efficient and accurate processing of used vehicle records, whilst adapting to priorities as they arise. You will be a driven team player, who enjoys being structured and organised. 

Key Responsibilities 
•    Attention to detail - from stock book records, to invoicing and raising purchase orders.
•    Organised – prioritising tasks according to workload and deadlines.
•    Excellent communication – liaising with customers via email and telephone.
•    Team player – regular communication with the wider Power Solutions and Sales teams.
