Salary: £24,960 per annum
Job Type: Full-time (Monday to Thursday, early finish on Friday)
Transport: Own transport essential due to rural office location
Are you an organized and proactive individual with excellent administrative skills? Capitol Essentials is seeking a dedicated Administrator to join our dynamic team at our picturesque office near La Mon House Hotel in Northern Ireland.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the main point of contact, delivering excellent customer service.
- Provide administrative support to team members.
- Answer telephone calls and address customer and sales representative queries.
- Manage social media accounts with basic skills.
- Open and distribute mail efficiently.
- Keep the team informed about stock levels and pricing updates.
- Process sales orders and credit notes.
- Liaise with customer groups regarding price changes and new products.
- Provide office cover as needed in the absence of team members.
- Undertake specific tasks to assist colleagues and contribute to general office duties.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Microsoft packages (Outlook, Word & Excel) with the ability to demonstrate.
- Good understanding of Sage 200 (training provided if needed).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong planning and organization skills.
- Team-oriented mindset with a "Can Do" attitude.
- Enthusiastic and driven to proactively contribute to the team's success.
- A good standard of education, including a minimum of 3 GCSEs grade C or above or equivalent.
Experience:
- Minimum 1 year of administrative experience preferred.
