Jark Cambridge are currently recruiting for an office administrator for a client based in Haverhill. The position is permanent and is a hybrid role with a combination of working from home & at our client's office on approximately a 50/50 time split. The standard working day is 8 hours Monday to Friday although our client is happy to consider candidates who are only able to do a 4 day week and those who can work less than 8 hours per day if they are suitable for the position. The company is a small but growing family owned construction business and the duties of the postion include: - Making payments to suppliers and sub contractors - Ordering materials from suppliers to be delivered to building sites - Obtaining quotes from companies for items such as skips and other plant required on site - data entry - Ensuring health & safety files are kept up to date You will need to be proactive, well organised and have a can do attitude to suceed in this position.
