Job Overview:
Due to department expansion, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrator to join our Commercial Property team. This is a full-time position that will provide direct administrative support to the fee earners to ensure we are giving our clients, introducers and referrers the best possible service and experience.
What you'll be responsible for:
- Being the first point of contact with clients, introducers, and other firms via phone and email.
- Case management.
- All in-coming and outbound post and correspondence.
- Preparing initial draft documents to assist the fee earner with the particular transaction.
- Land Registry applications.
- Lodging Stamp Duty Land Tax/Land Transaction returns.
- Ordering conveyancing searches.
- Carrying out legal research.
- Supporting the free earner, line managers or Director in all clerical duties.
- Going above and beyond in your work.
- Maintain high levels of client and company confidentiality.
What we're looking for:
- Previous administration experience working in a busy office is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Excellent communication and telephone manner.
- Highly organised and able to prioritise workloads.
- A flexible approach and can-do attitude.
- Team player.
