We are looking for a Water Operations Analyst who would like to help us reach our mission to “earn customer loyalty and drive business growth by providing consistently excellent service”.
As the Water Operations Analyst Your key responsibilities are
· Assist with providing Operational performance data to support the ongoing operations of our Water & Wastewater networks.
· Assist with Managing the Auditing of Assets and overseeing Fire Hydrant processes.
· Act as the escalation point to liaise with developers / customers and contractors.
· Working with the Asset Management and Adoption teams to provide network information relating to maintenance or replacement of existing assets e.g. Water meters, flushing, sewer cleansing, pumping station maintenance.
· Use the corporate GIS system to record and analyse operational performance.
About you
· Excellent communication skills.
· Excellent customer service skills.
· Experience in developing and maintaining relationships at all levels with external and internal customers.
· Experience using MS Office programmes or equivalent.
· Good attention to detail and able prioritise their own workload.
