Our client is a profitable established insurance brokerage company, looking for a strong administrator to support their team. We are looking for excellent project management skills, alongside high-quality client relationship management. You will naturally provide the backbone, administering insurance arrangements with insurers, problem solving, analysing, preparing accurate documentation for meetings and client records, for the protection of the material assets and liabilities of clients mitigating risk.
Principle Objectives and Responsibilities (but not limited to):
- Supporting the team, with meeting preparation, generating correct accurate information from Insurers to leverage deal closure, thinking outside of the box, problem-solving generating a bespoke solution for clients.
- Administer quotations, mid-term adjustments, renewals and compliance administration for Commercial and High Net Worth clients according to company procedures and practice, referring to senior colleagues, experts or insurers when issues fall outside of own competencies or knowledge.
- To ensure the fair treatment of our clients and prospective clients in all of their dealings with us.
- Carry out instructions regarding the arrangement or amendment of insurance for clients, referring queries to the appropriate person when the enquiry falls outside own knowledge, competencies or experience.
- Deal with telephone enquiries promptly referring the query to the appropriate person when the enquiry falls outside own knowledge, competencies or experience.
- Ensure that all communications with insurers or customers are accurately recorded on file, or electronically, as per the Firm’s usual procedures.
- Record new business, amendments, and renewals on the CRM (Acturis) system to maintain accurate records, keeping hard-copy records on customer files where appropriate in accordance with the firm’s standard procedures.
- Exercise judgment when reviewing proposals, either new or renewals, referring to a senior colleague or insurer when appropriate
- Liaise with Insurers, other company staff and Claims Handlers when appropriate.

Salary and package: Negotiable depending on experience
Hours: Monday to Friday - Office - full time or part time hours will be considered
