Administrator

We are workin with our client in Sittingbourne to help recruit an Administrator for their site. This is a fast paced environment working within the transport office, taking and processing orders. Liasing with the drivers and customer services to make sure that products are delivered in a timely manner.

Duties:

• Taking orders on the telephone and on the internet
• Talking with clients
• Problem solving
• inputting details into the computer
• Use of database
• Liasing with drivers to make sure deliveries are fulfiled
• 8am-5pm Monday to Friday

Requirements

• Experience in an office environment
• Good on the telephone
• Team working
• Experience within a transport office would be preferred.
