Quality Technical Administrator / Technical Administrator to join an engineering manufacturer based in Croydon.
The Quality Technical Administrator / Technical Administrator / Quality Assurance Associate will assist with the maintenance of the documentation stored on the quality SharePoint platform.
The successful Quality Technical Administrator / Technical Administrator will be an experienced administrator, with some experience / knowledge of working in a quality department would be preferable but is not essential.
Package
£21,000 - £24,000 (Dependent on experience)
25 hours per week 09:00am – 14:00pm Monday to Friday

Quality Technical Administrator / Technical Administrator Role
To assist with the maintenance of the documentation stored on the Quality Sharepoint platform.
Undertake proof reading of procedures and other quality documents.
Creation of fillable PDF forms. Maintenance of company records stored on multiple online portals (i.e RISQS, JOSCAR etc).
Manage and maintain supplier records held on ERP system (eg certification , questionnaires etc).
Prepare reports showing the status of the documents.
Follow up with internal departments, regarding non conformities raised from External / Internal sources.
Maintenance of the calibration records / system.
Provide weekly updates circulated within the business regarding changes to the Company Management System Sharepoint.
Seek ways to streamline and improve admin processes within the department.Quality Technical Administrator / Technical Administrator Requirements
Previous experience as an Administrator with some experience of working in a quality department would be preferable but is not essential.
Experience of Microsoft SharePoint at Intermediate level.
Proficient in Microsoft Office – Word & Excel
Good communication skills with both internal and external customers.
