A full time, experienced Administrator required on a temp basis from Wednesday the 31st January to provide admin support to the Research team at a facility based on Adastral Park. Applicants will have previous admin experience, excellent organisational, communication and IT abilities.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provide professional assistance to the multiple Directors
- Provide administrative support including budget monitoring and reporting; arranging meetings, preparing papers, and minute taking
- Reception/Front-of-House duties for the centre including, being the primary point of contact, arranging access and passes for all visitors.
- Managing web-related materials and content.
- Organising events, and acting as a host.
- To ensure the smooth running of the centre and room booking system. Regular monitoring of equipment, door locking systems and connectivity.
- Delivering tours of the centre and other buildings.
- Ensure compliance with the Health and Safety Regulations and Equality and Diversity policy.
Hours: 37 per week, Monday to Friday
Duration: ongoing, currently no fixed end date
