Purpose:
To provide the day to day administrative support to the Procurement & Supply Chain Function by supporting delivery of the Group Procurement & Supply Chain Strategy
- Support group procurement activities by supporting the wider procurement & supply chain team as directed
- Administer and issue Group Agreements for signature
- Administers the day to day requirements of the Group Sub-Contractor On-Boarding Process and Procedure, managing the flow of information and stakeholders, ensuring the function Service Level Agreement is achieved
- Communicate and monitor the Group Sub-Contractor Performance Measurement Process, ensuring Projects complete scoring and collating information monthly for Group Reporting.
- Collate sub-contractor performance information (On site performance & financial strength) into tangible bi-monthly reports for each business unit pillar by aligning information to the PMO Dashboard.
- Address and challenge non-compliance with process, procedure and group agreements positively with business pillars, seeking support of line manager where required
- Administer information contained within the Sub-Contractor Database, including but not limited to ensuring Constructionline data feeds are uploaded correctly, associated documentation is correct and Sub-Contractor Categories are correct
- Manage changes to Sub-Contractors Status within our databases and performance dashboard
- Guide and Support stakeholders in the Business Unit Pillars on Procurement and Supply Chain Process and Procedures and use of the Constructionline Platform
- Build positive relationships with stakeholders around the Group
- Help to set up Meet the Buyer Events and Virtual Meet the Buyer Events as required
- Provide On-boarding, managed list, divisional KPIs etc and issue to relevant stakeholders
- Adherence to United Way - Learn and understand the United Way of working ensuring that the processes are complied with and adopted into your daily disciplines.
- Ensure challenges and issues are resolved proactively where possible and/or raise the necessary issues to line management early to allow timely resolution
