We are working in partnership with a top performing surface technology company in Swindon to find an Administrator to support their Engineering Team.
You will be assisting the team in their administrative duties, such as compiling documents and updating reports, supplier engagement, order reconciliation and staff support administration. Part of the job will also be to gather data and feedback from different departments. Walks around the shopfloor are to be expected.
The working hours for this role are Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm

The Ideal candidate will have:
- Significant experience working with MS office, including Excel
- Experience adhering to quality and procedural standards
- A background in, or experience working within an engineering environment (ideal)
- The ability to self-motivate and work under your own initiative
- Be a self-starter that takes pride in their work and is happy to go the extra mile to ensure the job is done
