Office Administrator
Fire Fighter 24/7 LLP are a family run business who specialise in domestic and residential sprinkler systems and dry riser installations. We are looking for a full time Office Administrator to join our growing team.
Salary: TBC depending on experience
Hours of Work: Mon-Fri 8am-5pm
Main Responsibilities:
- First point for all incoming phone calls.
- Manage company inbox & Microsoft teams.
- Provide support to Project managers.
- Carry out all project administration tasks .
- Assist/Organize the engineers diary.
- Process all new customer conversions/orders.
- Plan & order stock requirements.
- Provide assistance with all company Health & Safety documents.
- Raise completion certificates.
- Raise customer manuals.
- Book Parking & Hotels
- Book in engineer visits with our customers.
- Chase customers for outstanding responses.
- Maintain and improve customer service.
- Produce weekly job reports.
- Assist with fleet management.
Attributes and Skills:
- Must have previous experience in administration, construction industry background would be an advantage but not essential as training will be given.
- Must be proactive.
- Drive, ambition, and enthusiasm to deliver results.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
- Resourceful, well organized, highly dependable, efficient and detail oriented with ability to take ownership, drive results, and manage projects to completion
- High energy level with ability to multitask and open to changing direction

Package on offer:
- Monday to Friday 8.00am – 5:00pm
- 20 days holiday + bank holidays
