Due to successful growth, Futur First, an entrepreneurial Recycling and Waste Management Consultancy have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Office Customer Service/Invoicing Administrator to join a friendly successful team based on the outskirts of Chippenham. Managing some well-known national clients and with ambitious plans for 2024 there is the potential to further develop career aspirations.
Position Summary
The role is multi-functional and will include an array of duties such as:
* Answering phones to clients
* Booking orders onto the CRM system, liaising with customers and suppliers
* Invoice processing and reconciliation
* Producing client reports
* General office administration
Who are we looking for?
The successful candidate will hold the relevant skills and experience to undertake this role including:
* Experience within a similar role is preferable and further training will be offered.
* An organised person, pro-active and observant with experience working to tight deadlines
* Self-motivated and able to identify potential problems and seek solutions
* Able to work on your own initiative, organise and prioritise tasks efficiently
* Good attention to detail
* Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and experience of inputting and managing
data.
* Confident and polite telephone manner
* Enjoy working as part of a team in a very busy office
