Oakbourne Construction Resource Ltd (an MJ Church Company) are looking to recruit an Office Administrator due to expansion, this is a permanent role which requires 3 days per week based at our Allington depot near Chippenham but also involves travel to sites.

Duties:
Data entry
Liaising with numerous construction sites across the UK
Correlating large volumes of timesheets
Answering consistent flow of calls
Confident word, email, Microsoft teams
Dealing with queries
Adhoc duties
This role requires a strong confident minded individual with excellent people skills.
Clean driving licence essential along with own transport.
Salary: £27,000 pro rata
Hours: 8am - 5pm
Monday. Tuesday/Thursday
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: £27,000.00 per year
Expected hours: No less than 25 per week
