Administrator

Responsibilities:

- Manage the day to day administrative tasks of the finance department
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate financial records
- All daily emails
- Process invoices, payments, and expense reimbursements
- Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
- Maintain project maintenance on a daily basis
- Support the finance team in various administrative tasks
- Collaborate with other departments to gather financial information and resolve discrepancies

Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Xero Accounting System
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
