SalaryAn immediate start temporary Administrator is required to join a small engineering business near the Caldecotte area. Initially on a short-term temporary basis with a view to starting early May.
As the Administrator you will be -
- Answering incoming calls; fielding sales calls and handling queries
- Dealing with orders; checking stock availability and processing sales orders
- Handling paperwork, creating shipping labels and invoices
- Maintaining customer records
- Supporting the Senior Managers with administrative support
- Diary management and adhoc administration duties
Ideally for this role you will have -
- Previous experience working in a manufacturing or engineering environment in an administrative capacity
- Good knowledge of Excel
- Prior experience managing sales orders
- Excellent attention to detail
