My Leyland based client, a highly successful service company with a family run feel, are looking for a self starting, dedicated administrator to assist their busy but friendly team on an immediate basis.
The purpose of the role will be to assist with general administrative duties and planning.
The role will involve but not be limited to;
Updating records within timescales
Diary management
Assisting in planning of work
Running and recording reports
Data processing
Answering phones
Electronic filing
Any other ad hoc duties required
The ideal candidate will possess the following;
Good I.T. skills
Excellent communication skills
Positive can-do attitude
Hours: Monday - Friday 08:30 - 16:30
