Monday to Friday 9am-5pm (35 hours a week)
Temp booking until approximately July/August 2024
13 per hour plus holiday

Brook Street are recruiting for a strong Administrator for our client based in Enfield. Our client is seeking an enthusiastic, meticulous individual to handle essential administrative tasks for their service department. You will be working closely with the operations and the support team on the road.
Responsibilities but not limited to:
" Dealing with incoming enquires via phone and email
" Organising transport and follow up on the system
" Dealing and escalating any complaints
" Co-ordinating and working towards tight deadlines and day to day office operations
" Respond to alarm call outs and deploy mobiles
Requirements:
" Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and online research
" Confident in picking up software systems
" Strong time management and organisational skills
" Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
