Responsibilities
• Invoicing, updating, and maintaining service engineers' jobs.• Conducting customer surveys and dealing with customer and account queries.• Providing support across the organization and interacting with customers on a daily basis.• Working in a busy office environment.
Requirements
• Enthusiastic, diligent, and motivated individual.• Ability to provide 24-hour support to customers.• Strong organizational and communication skills.• Experience in invoicing, maintenance, and customer service preferred.
