Administrator

Administrator required to work with our team. The position is a local and varied role based in our office and works unit at an industrial site near Blackhorse Lane E17, to help run a commercial glazing business servicing prestigious clients in London for over 40 years.

We operate with our own operatives 24/7 but this position would be for our usual office hours.

Applicants will need to have a good use of written skills and spoken English, and be allowed to work in the UK permanently.

Have previous Administrator experience Assist Sales and Accounts in their roles and Data entry

Placing orders with suppliers and sending estimates to clients

Be able to use a variety of software packages such as Microsoft office/Word/Excel/Spreadsheets

Dealing with customers, mainly on the telephone and emails
