They have appointed Hays to recruit an Administrator to join their site in Donegal. This is a full-time permanent, office-based role.
Your new role
A s Administrator, you will work within a busy office environment providing support to multiple business functions. In your role as Administrator, you will be responsible for incoming business enquiries, liaising with internal business functions via verbal and written forms, accurate updating of systems, processing of payments, shipping administration, assisting with payroll, general administration and reception duties.
What you'll need to succeed
As Administrator, essentially, you will be able to demonstrate previous experience in an Administration position. You will be confident communicating via verbal and written forms, and be proficient in Microsoft suite. Have previous switchboard experience. Work well within a team and have the ability to manage multiple workloads at any one time.
