Working hours: Monday - Friday, 0700 - 1500 or 0800 - 1600
Pay rate: £14 per hour
Randstad Sourceright, a leading provider of RPO & MSP Recruitment Services is currently seeking an Administrator on behalf of a leading health company.
Job purpose:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Administrator to join the established team in Nottingham on a 6-month contract basis. This is an exciting opportunity to gain valuable experience in a fast-paced work environment, and the successful candidate will help to contribute hands-on support with all essential daily operational administration.
Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day administrative tasks efficiently.
- Organize and maintain documentation and records.
- Respond to emails and phone calls in a professional manner.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Scanning, filing and archiving of documentation
- Printing of Batch records
- Management of executed batch records to maintain a batch closure procedure
Qualifications/Experience:
- Previous administrative experience is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
