As an Office Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office environment. Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
- Handle incoming calls and correspondence, redirecting them as necessary.
- Maintain organized filing systems and databases.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and data analysis.
- Perform data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy.
- Coordinate meetings and appointments, including scheduling and preparing meeting rooms.
- Assist in bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks or similar software.
- Uphold office policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with company standards.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in an administrative role.
- Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Familiarity with data entry and clerical tasks.
- Ability to type efficiently and computerize documents accurately.
