Rate: 14.50p/h PAYE + Holiday
Hours: Monday - Friday, 08:00-17:00
1st Step Solutions are working on behalf of a leading UK Construction Contractor that have a requirement for an Administrator to join them on a 3 month contract with a temp - perm option.
Duties:
This is an admin role that requires someone who can think for themselves, is robust and well organised, can take positive instruction and is proficient on excel and word.
Order office and site equipment.
Cover reception when required.
Book meeting rooms, produce meeting schedules and order catering.
Management of PPE.
Logging Goods Received Notes.
General organisation and maintenance of office, meeting rooms, IT equipment, logging maintenance/housekeeping issues .
Support team community engagement initiatives.
Ad hoc duties as job requires.
Skills/Experience:
Must hold a valid CSCS Card.
Confident, approachable, empathetic and efficient manner.
Excellent customer care and communication skills.
Good telephone manner with a clear speaking voice.
Ability to work alone at times and calmly under pressure.
Excellent organisational and timekeeping skills.
IT skills, including a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Able to work flexibly, as part of a team.
