Administrator

Are you immediately free for temp work and would love to work and support a Retirement Home as an Office Administrator. We have a great opportunity with an immediate start, based in WA2 postcode. The role will be working on a rota basis on a rolling week, 1st Week, Mon, Tue Wed 8am - 2pm, Friday 3ppm - 8pm - 2nd Week Monday 2.30pm - 8pm, Tuesday 2,15pm 8pm, Saturday 8am - 2.15pm and Sunday 8am - 2pm, paying 12.42 per hour.
What will you be doing as an Office Administrator ?
You will be based in the retirement home, supporting areas of reception and office administration. You will be responsible for the following :

• Meeting and greeting of visitors
• Getting contractors to sign in with health and safety
• Providing a range of office administration tasks
• Taking and dealing with queries
• Logging information onto their in house system with repairs and maintenance
• Stationery ordering
• Some minute taking at meetings, but only bullet points
• Other ad hoc duties as required

We would LOVE to hear from you if you have the following skills and experience:

• We would love to hear from you if you have excellent communications skills
• You have the ability to multi task and think on your feet
• You have experience across a variety of administration skills
• You are IT literate and can use MS office, word, excel and PowerPoint
• You may have worked in housing or a similar environment
