Business Compliance - Administrator
We're looking on behalf of HMS, part of the Torus Housing Group, a social Housing company based in Liverpool. They are currently seeking a skilled individual to join their team as a Business Compliance Admin.
Position Overview:
Seeking a motivated Business Compliance Administrator to ensure our operations align with regulations. Collaborate with teams to develop and implement compliance strategies.
- To assist the Quality Assurance Manager in delivering compliance and administration support to the company when required.
- To assist the Compliance team in the management of subcontractor compliance by monitoring and controlling the subcontractor compliance tracker. Ensuring the tracker is current and updated with any new subcontractors or changes in insurances and critical company information.
- Ensuring subcontractors, follow the correct Pre-Qualification Process liaising with key stakeholders within the business so necessary checks and balances are completed within the appropriate timescales.
- To undertake the management of the business mailbox and emailing responses were required.
- To assist the Quality Assurance Manager with Quality checking, assisting with audits on internal processes.
- To support the Quality Assurance manager with general administration duties including maintaining office checks and document management.
- To maintain all necessary compliance files, records and documents for Business Quality and compliance requirements.
- Assist the Management Team to identify and develop new initiatives and take advantage of business opportunities available to the company.
- To attend meetings on behalf of the Business compliance team.
- To carry out such other duties and responsibilities as are consistent with the concept of the role.
The Sucessful Candidate must:
Full UK or EU driving license
Experience of using housing/contractor software packages such as Orchard Housing, QL housing
Demonstrable financial governance and commercial management experience.
