We are seeking anAdministratorfor our Newark based client on a full time basis (part time also considered). You will be joining a friendly, welcoming team in a varied and exciting role.

THE ROLE

AsAdministrator, your duties will include:

• Data Entry and rate loading to be implemented on a range of Global Distribution Systems (GDS)
• Analysing data and providing advice for key stakeholders on how to use various systems
• Responding to inbound queries via telephone, live chat, email, web forms
• Supporting the team on projects and working to deadlines
• Dealing with complaints efficiently and effectively
• Confidently and accurately sourcing information and providing your knowledge on a B2B and B2C basis via telephone and email to make sure that precise information is recorded

THE CANDIDATE

Experience required to be a successfulAdministratorincludes:

• Excellent attention to detail
• Accurate data analyser to maintain consistency to updating data between systems
• Experience of the customer service industry
• Ability to work to deadlines and targets
• Clear and confident telephone manner
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
