Order processing administrator

8:30 am - 5:30 pm
£23,000 - £25,000 per annum
I am currently representing a manufacturing company based in Crawley who are looking to add an additional member to their growing company. Due to the nature of the role, they are looking for someone with a high attention to detail, to be analytical and have excellent decision making skills.
Key duties:
- Be responsible for processing customer product returns
- Creating sales and return orders on the system and identify the best order process route
- Checking all information is entered correctly on the system as this is a vital part to the role
- Liaising with the customer service and technical support team for any order queries
- Recording information using CRM tool
- Postal sorting for repairs, returns, customised orders
