Administrator - Motorcycle Operations - Sywell
SCH is responsible for the final mile delivery of motorcycles for a number of motorcycle manufacturers. This activity is expanding which is why we are seeking a dynamic and organised Administrator to join our team.
This is the perfect opportunity to contribute to the success of SCH whilst gaining valuable experience in the motorcycle industry.
Working Days/ Hours: Monday Friday / 08 00
The Role:
To support the day-to-day administration functions within a busy vehicle distribution centre this includes progress chasing, customer service, warranty submissions, labour bookings, workshop loading and providing a professional service to all SCH MotoPrep customers.
Responsibilities
To produce, process and complete PDI job cards daily
Dealing with import data collation
Printing Certificate of Conformance paperwork
Producing customs data information for returns
Monitor and report complaints /damages accurately
Liaising with warehouse / workshop
Ensuring re dates are submitted accurately and sent to stake holders
Progress chasing
Respond to enquiries from TQC and Vehicle Development Centre
General filing duties.
Warranty submissions and payment progress
To fully understand the ZGdist systems
Input new data on the computer ZGdist system
Additional Responsibilities
Occasionally assist with other functions of the business
Communicate professionally and courteously with all SCH customers
Requirements
Proven experience, preferably in a fast-paced office
Proficient in using all aspects of Microsoft Office
Keen eye for detail
Organisational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Team Player
Ability to develop and maintain professional relationships at all levels within the business
To always deal with clients and partners in a friendly professional manner
Be willing to accept training
Always be of smart appearance
Understanding of the industry and the company
Good at working to tight deadlines
Superb attention to detail
Salary: GBP23,795 - GBP25,200 DOE
