We are looking for an admin assistant to work within the Practice Development and Standards team. The candidate will need to hold a valid basic DBS check and have previous experience in an administrative role. The role is for 4 days a week 9 am to 2.30 pm, 22 hours a week.
This is a very varied role, covering numerous business support functions. Candidates must be very organised and have good time management and prioritisation skills, with the ability to work under pressure and independently with good use of initiative. They must be very IT proficient, with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Teams and Outlook in particular. Being able to communicate effectively with various stakeholders at varying levels.
A working knowledge of social care would be an advantage but not essential, it would just help their understanding of the work involved. Preliminary tasks will involve: - Arranging and administering interviews - Arranging and administering training courses - Collating applications - Use of systems to assist training course - Forward planning to ease pressure later on in the year
