Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Office Administrator to join our team in managing daily administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be proficient in office operations, possess excellent communication skills, and have experience with QuickBooks. Responsibilities: - Oversee and coordinate office procedures and resources - Supervise administrative staff and allocate responsibilities - Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed - Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism - Maintain a tidy and organised office environment - Assist in HR functions such as recruitment and onboarding processes - Utilise QuickBooks for financial record keeping and reporting Skills: - Proficient in phone etiquette and customer service - Experience in supervising and team management - Strong organisational skills to manage office operations efficiently - Competent in using QuickBooks for financial management - Administrative and clerical abilities to support daily tasks - Excellent communication skills to interact with internal and external stakeholders
