Job Description:
As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the company. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with general administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
- Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls.
- Maintaining office supplies and ensuring the office is well-stocked at all times.
- Coordinating appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for staff members.
- Providing administrative support to various departments as needed.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred but not essential.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
