About the role

Day to day you will be responsible for a range of administrative duties, such as speaking with clients, patients and ensuring that files are created swiftly and accurately when patients are referred to us for treatment by our corporate business customers. You will be part of a strong team all working together at our Fareham office – with some temporary home working due to covid.

Key responsibilities

  • Entering patient referral information onto our IT workflow system.
  • Highlighting any referrals that require immediate attention or further consideration.
  • Reviewing treatment reports completed by physiotherapists.
  • Sending letters, handling incoming and actioning outbound calls or emails from/to patients, physiotherapists and Corporate Clients.
  • Providing referring parties and clients with appointment lists as applicable.
  • Cancelling and rearranging appointments in line with company procedures.

Qualifications
Essential experience and skills
  • Good PC/keyboard skills The ability to cope well under pressure and keep a cool head
  • An excellent telephone manner and very good attention to detail
  • A flexible approach with the ability to adapt quickly to meet the demands of a busy environment
  • Educated to GCSE level or with equivalent professional experience
