Duration: 12 months
Pay rate: £13.61 an hour PAYE
Location: Hunterston, Ayrshire
Hours of work: 37 hours a week. Monday-ThursdayApplicants must have experience of the following:
* Experience of working in an office based environment
* A good working knowledge of Microsoft Word/Excel
* GCSE grades A-C in English and Mathematics (or equivalent)Candidates would ideally have:
* Security clearance or the ability to obtain
* An understanding of nuclear/a highly regulated industry
Role information:
* Assist in the provision of first class administrative support
* Support the maintenance of an effective filing and retrieval system
* Updating relevant databases
* Processing expenses, travel arrangements, car hire, refreshments
* Being involved in the arranging of meeting rooms
* Provide a Microsoft Word processing service in order to produce memos, letters, technical reports, contracts, flow charts and tables
* Photocopying documentation
* Taking messages and communicating in a polite/timely manner
* Providing general support to ensure effective communications within the function.
* Comply with the Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality policies/risk assessments
* Support the continuous improvement of Health, Safety Environment and Quality on Site.
* May be required to undertake emergency scheme duties
