Join a membership organisation with over 200 years of history as an Administrator / Registration Executive dealing with membership registrations and coordinating meetings.
This is a hybrid role with meetings in a Westminster, London office.
THE JOB:
Overall you will manage a register of members by:
- Managing an inbox and telephone calls
- Processing applications on a database
- Sending applications to assessors
- Work with volunteer members to arrange continued professional development (CPD) events
- Coordinating meetings to solicit input on professional development within the industry
- Attend meetings and take minutes.
KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- Recent administration experience
- Ideally experience within a membership organisation, professional body, association or professional services
- Experience in minute taking
- Confident in dealing with large amounts of data
- Confident and professional on the telephone
- Good written skills.
SALARY & BENEFITS:
- £32,000
- 25 days holiday + public holidays + Christmas shutdown
