A client based in Stoneleigh Park is recruiting for an Administrator who has excellent organisation skills along with a clear and confident telephone manner. This role offers HYBRID WORKING 3 days in the office, 2 days at home. To apply for this role you will need to have your own transport
The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the team, liaising directly with the executives and ensuring that they have a positive event experience.
Job Specification:
- Produce and update all agendas to a high standard
- Regularly communicating to obtain bios, accommodation requirements and dietary requirements
- Send material out to the client so they are fully briefed before an event
- Update the wider team with any changed to the agenda
- Update Excel spreadsheets and maintain the system
- Printing materials
- General administration duties to assist the team
Person Specification:
- Prior Administration experience is essential
- Excellent attention to detail
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills
- Exceptional organisational skills and ability to multitask
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- To actively approach all aspects of work in a positive, productive, and professional manner
- Highly proficient in IT and InDesign experience is desired but not essential
