My client is a leading homeware distributor who due to business growth is looking to expand their administration team.
You don t need lots of administrative experience to be considered for this role, all we ask is you re passionate about learning coupled with a strong work ethic, our client will train you on the rest.
The role:

• Handling inbound calls from customers
• Responding to customer emails
• Delivering excellent customer service
• Processing customer orders
• Updating customers with delivery dates
• Updating bespoke CRM with customer notes

The candidate

• Previous administration skills preferred but not essential
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal
• Computer literate
• Happy to work from their office full time
• Professional telephone manner
