Warehouse Inventory Administrator

Great opportunity to work as a Warehouse Inventory Administrator for our world-renowned logistics client in a busy distribution center.
Staffline is recruiting Warehouse Inventory Administrators in Kegworth, Derby.
The rate of pay is £13.83 per hour for hours worked between 6am - 6pm and £16.60 per hour for hours worked between 6pm - 6am.
This is a full-time role working any 5 out of 7 days on rotating shifts, or a fixed night shift, the hours of work are:
- Rotating: 6am to 2pm and 2pm to 10pm
- Fixed nights: 10pm to 6am
Your Time at Work
As a Warehouse Inventory Administrator, you will be responsible for:
- Planning, scheduling, and communication of work within the warehouse
- Verifying the accuracy of inbound and outbound shipping documentation
- Coordinating documentation for incoming freight
- Monitoring and tracking incoming containers
- Assisting the Customer Service team and Yard Operations teams with data entry.
This role could suit anyone with previous stock admin experience.
Our Perfect Worker
Our perfect worker will be a great communicator with excellent organisation skills and show good attention to detail. You will have the ability to take ownership of the role and remain calm under pressure.
Applicants will be proficient with Excel, and MS Office (including Word, Excel, and Outlook).
Previous experience of WMS is highly desirable, but not essential.
Experience in a similar role is desirable, but not essential as full training is provided.
