My client is a leading homeware distributor who due to business growth is looking to expand their administration team.
You don’t need lots of administrative experience to be considered for this role, all we ask is you’re passionate about learning coupled with a strong work ethic, our client will train you on the rest.
The role:
 

• Handling inbound calls from customers
• Responding to customer emails
• Delivering excellent customer service
• Processing customer orders
• Updating customers with delivery dates
• Updating bespoke CRM with customer notes

The candidate
 

• Previous administration skills preferred but not essential
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal
• Computer literate
• Happy to work from their office full time
• Professional telephone manner
