Administrator, Salary: £24k, Based: Ilkeston, Derbyshire. Working on a 12-month fixed term contract
We require a Customer Service Administrator to work for a leading company who specialise in the hire and sale of portable cabins / accommodation and associated products. The purpose of the role is to provide administrative support to the Operational & Sales department, raising quotes and undertaking all administrative duties needed to process orders and then providing customer support post-delivery.
Main responsibilities:
- With information passed from the Internal Sales team prepare written quotations via the Insphire system
- Once converted to an order by Internal Sales, process all paperwork and arrange contract requirements.
- Liaise with internal teams to arrange labour attendance on site and additional products.
- Provide customer service support post-delivery.
- Operational product ordering.
- Raise invoices.
- Processing depot Off Hires
- General administrative support
Candidate Requirements:
- Experience in a similar Administrator role, preferably with experience of processing sales orders and providing excellent customer service.
- A good level of skill in Microsoft Office products and I.T systems in general
- Familiar with working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to plan, organise and think on your feet.
- Highly organized and methodical, and must be capable of managing own time in order to meet deadlines.
