We are currently looking for a part-time Administrator working with our client who is a large rail company based in Hitchin. The role is a maternity cover position. Ideally you will be working 4 days a week Monday to Thursday, 6 hours a day but the client can be flexible with regards to this.
The role is for 10 months, but there is potential for other opportunities with this fantastic company.
We are interested in candidates that have excellent planning and administration skills. Our client is interested in candidates who have a strong work ethic, strong communication skills and great attention to detail.
Essential skills needed for this Administrator role:
- Highly organised and excellent planner
- Excellent administration skills
- Computer literate (Excel and Word)
- Strong organisational and multi-tasking skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Confident communicator
- Experience in the rail industry preferred but not essential
Duties:
- General administration
- Raising Pos
- Organising timesheets
- Booking out vehicles
