£11+ per hour
Temporary for 1 month with the potential extension
On behalf of our client based in Bury St Edmunds, we are searching for an experienced administrator to join a welcoming and friendly team on a full time basis to provide administrative support. The successful candidate will have previous experience in an administrative role and also be confident in the use of Microsoft Office. A transferable DBS is essential for this role.
Main duties:
* Acting as first point of contact and greeting visitors in reception
* Handling queries via email and telephone
* Handling any post received
* Archiving and filing records both digital and physical copies.
* Office operations and procedures
* General administration duties such as ordering supplies and essentials as needed and Scanning, printing and photocopying
